Connect Your Agents
Select which coding agents to give access to Clean.
During installation, the CLI detects which agents you have installed and asks which ones to connect. Select all that apply.
Automatic setup (Claude Code, Antigravity, Codex)
For most agents, the CLI writes the MCP config file automatically. No further steps needed — just restart your agent.
Manual step for Cursor
Cursor requires you to paste the MCP config into its settings UI. See Cursor setup for step-by-step instructions.

Verifying the connection
Ask your agent:
"List the available MCP tools"
You should see search_code, index_repo, and list_repos in the response.
